Administrative Office of Fayette County Courts
The responsibility of the Administrative Office is to manage the non-judicial functions of the court subject to the supervision and direction of the President Judge.

Adult Probation
The mission of the Fayette County Adult Probation and Parole Department is to effect pro-social behavioral change in the individuals we supervise in order to aid in their rehabilitation, enhance their quality of life, and promote community safety.

Child Custody Services
The Child Custody Services Office deals with the Court custody process regarding legal and physical custody of minor children between parents, grandparents, and third parties. The Child Custody Services Office does not deal with any issues relating to child support.

Domestic Relations
Our mission is to serve the public by providing child support services as authorized by law. We will establish, modify and enforce Orders for Support and provide support collection services for children and families in an effective and efficient manner making prudent use of public resources.
