Community Recognition Award

Eligibility

Each year the Fayette County Behavioral Health Administration Advisory Board recognizes a Fayette County citizen for exemplary contributions to the well-being of all citizens or a specific group.

This annual award honors members and/or groups within the community who have made a difference in the lives of Fayette County individuals in behavioral health treatment and recovery programs, and/or for our neighbors and friends with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Main Street and Clock

The Fayette County Behavioral Health Administration Advisory Board looks forward to this opportunity to thank and commend an outstanding neighbor for exemplary actions and/or service to Fayette County and welcomes nominations throughout the year. In mid-November, nominations are closed and an awardee is chosen by the Board’s Human Resources Committee.
