Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted from 8:00am to 4:15pm. The office is closed for lunch from noon to 1:00pm.
We are now accepting credit and debit payments in the office from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
- All in person card payments have a minimum of $1.00.
- The following fees apply:
- Credit - 2.19% of the payment amount
- Debit - 1.79% of the payment amount
By Mail
Send a check or money order made payable to Clerk of Courts to Fayette County Clerk of Courts Office, 61 East Main Street, Uniontown, PA 15401. Please note your docket number or payment plan number on your check or money order. DO NOT send cash payments in the mail.
Online
Go to PAEpay to securely pay online. Payment types accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ATM/Debit cards. A $2.75 surcharge is applied to each transaction. Online payments have a limit of $1,000.00 per transaction and will not post to the case until the next business day.
