Sheriff Sales

1.   For each property to be sold there is a handbill posted at the Fayette Sheriff's Office at the Fayette County Courthouse, 61 E Main St, Uniontown Pa, 15401. Each property is advertised approximately 60 days before each sale for 3 consecutive weeks in the Herald Standard and Fayette Legal Journal

2.   Property information will be available on our online Real Auction Sheriff Sale website 

3.   The properties are not available for inspection and the Sheriff's Office makes no guarantee on the condition of the property sold at a Sheriff's Sale.

4.   The Sheriff does not guarantee clear title to any property sold at sale. Under the law it is solely your responsibility to pay all lien holders to clear what is now your title.
