Court Clothing will be accepted and/or exchanged for those inmates that are scheduled to appear for Criminal Court. Clothing can be brought into the Prison at the time of the inmate's visitation period prior to Court Week.
The inmate must submit a Request Slip directed to the Deputy Warden of Treatment and approved prior to the clothing being permitted into the prison.
Any contraband found on or in the clothing may lead to the suspension of visiting privileges and criminal charges may be imposed.
