Fayette County invites all businesses to do business in Fayette County through the competitive purchases using publicly offered Invitations to Bid, Requests for Proposals and Quotes.
Bidding Procedures
Fayette County is a 4th Class County and follows the County Code 16 P.S. 1801 and 1802 (PDF) for the purchases of all services and property. Legal advertisements, purchases, bids, proposals and quotes are done in accordance with the Code.
Sealed Bids, RFPs & RFQs
Sealed Bids, RFPs and RFQs are received in the Office of the County Controller at Fayette County Courthouse in Uniontown, PA until 3 p.m. on Thursdays, unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement.
Bid Forms & Specifications
Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by contacting Amy Revak, Chief Clerk, at 724-430-1200, ext. 213, by email, or at her office which is located in the Commissioners Office (lower level) of the Fayette County Courthouse.
Disqualifications
Bids and proposals are, at times, disqualified due to the failure to fulfill the
bid/proposal specifications.
Please carefully review all of the information provided and follow the instructions and procedures to avoid being disqualified.
