Tax Claim Sale Postponed

The Fayette County Tax Claim Upset Sale has been postponed for one month.

The Fayette County Commissioners on Thursday approved postponement of the 2020 Upset Tax Sale. 

Originally scheduled for September 21, payments will now be accepted until 4:30 p.m., October 16, 2020.
