In Response to COVID-19 The Register of Wills/Orphans Court office will be taking extra measures to ensure the safety of our community and employees.
Opening of estates and applications for marriage licenses will be done BY APPOINTMENT ONLY until further notice. Please call in advance to schedule your appointment.
Any filings that can be done by mail we ask that you do so.

These measures allow us to continue to practice social distancing as well as allowing our office to conduct regular cleanings between public interactions.
