In accordance with Federal mandates, the implementation of the revised "Order/Notice to Withhold Income for Support" will be issued beginning June 16, 2000. The form contains standardized data elements that help employers deduct child and medical support payments more efficiently.
As current Court Orders are modified, employers will receive the revised Order/Notice to Withhold Income for Support. Attachments currently in effect remain in effect.
